What is a DTF transfer?
A direct-to-film (DTF) transfer is a full-color print on a special film that you heat-press onto fabric. It works on cotton, polyester, and blends without needing screens or weeding, making it ideal for short runs and complex, multi-color designs.
How do I press a DTF transfer?
Our transfers are built for speed and high-volume production. Press the first pass at 290–300°F with medium/firm pressure for 5–7 seconds, then peel hot to keep your line moving. Press a second time for 4–5 seconds to lock in durability. Always follow the settings included with your order for best results.
Do DTF transfers crack or peel?
Properly pressed DTF transfers are stretchy and durable, holding up through repeated washes without cracking or peeling. For best results, wash inside-out in cold water and avoid high-heat drying.
What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a single large sheet packed with multiple designs to maximize space and lower your cost per print. Use our Gang Sheet Builder to arrange your artwork however you like, then we print and ship it ready to cut and press.
What file formats do you accept?
We recommend high-resolution PNG, SVG, EPS, PDF files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI for the sharpest, most vibrant prints.
Are there minimums or setup fees?
No minimums and no setup fees. Build a single gang sheet or order in bulk—you only pay for the sheet size you need.
How fast do orders ship?
